• Account data: name, email, password (stored only as a cryptographic hash), organisation membership and role.
• Organisation data: agency name, client sites, API keys (stored only as a hash).
• Content: files, texts and labels; where they contain personal data controlled by the Customer, we act as processor (§ 10 of the Terms).
• Audit log: who performed which action and when.
• Technical data: IP address and browser information stored with login sessions and in server logs.

• Concluding and performing the contract and providing the Service (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Security, abuse prevention, the audit log, and establishing or defending legal claims (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)).
• Handling enquiries and complaints (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).
• Legal obligations, e.g. tax and accounting once fees are introduced (Art. 6(1)(c)).

Providing data is voluntary but necessary to create an Account.

The snippet uses no cookies, builds no profiles and does not track readers; it only fetches the public list of labels for the page. Like any web server, ours technically receives the reader's IP address and browser information, used only to serve the request and protect against abuse.

We only use the strictly necessary login session cookie and browser storage for theme and language. No analytics or advertising cookies are used.

Data is stored on servers in the European Union with Contabo GmbH, Monachium (Niemcy), acting on our behalf. HTTPS certificates are issued by Let's Encrypt without sharing user data. Data is disclosed to authorities only where required by law. We do not sell data or transfer it outside the EEA.

• Account data and Content: for the term of the contract and up to 30 days after termination (backups up to 90 days).
• Audit log: for the term of the contract and until claims become time-barred.
• Server logs: up to 30 days.
• Data required by law: for the statutory period.

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Write to kontakt@aimarker.pl; we reply within one month. You may lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (Prezes UODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, uodo.gov.pl).

We use HTTPS, hashing of passwords and API keys, organisation-level access control and backups. We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling.

We will announce material changes in the Service or by email. Effective from 2026-10-09 (version 1.0).
